The proposed Project is owned by BUA Cement, Sokoto a subsidiary of BUA Group. The project aims at increasing the cement production capacity of BUA Cement PLC from 3,300 tonnes per day (tpd) with the addition of a 6,000 tpd Portland cement clinker Plant and a 48MW Power Plant to provide the needed power for the non-kiln operations for the new plant.
